I introduce the "why" before the "how." When students understand the structure, procedures become tools — not rules to memorize.

Fluency matters. But fluency built on meaning lasts longer and transfers further than fluency built on repetition alone.

Access for All Learners

Mathematical structure carries meaning visually — not hidden behind language. Designed so reasoning doesn't require English fluency as a prerequisite.

Dovetail Press was born from years of teaching and a career in systems analysis — watching the same pattern across subjects and industries: people learn more durably when new information has somewhere to land.

I prove the philosophy in mathematics first, then extend it outward. PreK through college. Deliberately. Rigorously.
